Loose Waves
All our packages are inclusive of sew in or installation options. The loose wave package is available on both sew in of bundles and installed wig’s depending on the client’s preference
Bridal Buns/
Updos
This package is available for both traditional sew in and/wig installation. This bridal package is exclusive to brides who are going for engagement parties, white wedding and bridal showers
Destination Weddings | Traver Charges Policy
Accommodation & Hospitality
– Clients booking outside Pretoria must provide a suitable accommodation preferably a hotel.
– Hotel chosen must be closer to client/client’s lodging place.
– Stylist’s lodging place must be decided and concluded by hairstylist and client a week before fixed event date.
– Accommodation depends on the number of days stylist is required to stay.
Travel by road with regards to locations outside Pretoria will be calculated and made known to client.
*Transport Charges are required
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Policies
1. KINDLY NOTE: 50% Total cost is due as a non-refundable deposit to secure
the date upon agreement between the two parties, HTTN and Client.
2. 50% balance is due one week before the agreed date.
3. Please take note that payment validates booking.
4. If deposits aren’t made, you haven’t booked us yet.
5. Payment by you means you have accepted all terms and policies stated by
HTTN.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if it is prevented or delayed by an event of Force Majeure. An event of Force Majeure includes without limitation strikes, work stoppages, acts of war/ terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, acts of governments, epidemics/ pandemics. Both parties shall come to an amicable agreement.
Cancellation & Change of Date
1. If for any reason, contract between both parties is cancelled two months to a month, within that month or weeks prior to the booked date by the client, Deposits made are non-refundable.
2. If client changes time/location which causes a squabble with another booking, all deposits made are non-refundable.
3. If the contract gets cancelled by the client 3 months or less into the said agreed
date, deposits made is forfeited due to:
– Date being put up as fully booked, hence preventing take-in of subsequent
bookings.
– Interfering with bookings. etc
Cancellation by Stylist
Head stylist can terminate appointment if client is not willing to adhere to brand’s policies or if clients goes contrary to any of the stated requirements given to client by our brand.
