Eligibility for Returns
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, used wigs, hair products, and treatments cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-made wigs or customised orders
• Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
• Hair treatments once opened or used
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
